Friday August 15th
Registrations, Lunch & Bike Sale 12:00 – 14:30
Welcome to Wageningen! The intro week kicks off with registrations, where you and can pick up wristband, merch you may have ordered and find your group. Are you still in need of a bike, than find the second hand bikesale right on campus and score your student bike! Found your mentors and AID group, head to the festival area to pick up your lunch.
Official Opening 14:00
After registrations, the official opening will set the tone for an unforgettable start—expect a warm welcome, some inspiring words, and a first glimpse into what’s coming!
Campus Games 14:30 – 17:00
Start the week with a diverse array of games to play on the campus. Try out new things, compete with others and most of all have fun with your new group. A chill and easy start to get to know each other and kick of this amazing week!
Presentations & Dinner 17:00 – 20:00
The associations have prepared a great meal for you. You can find in your calendar where and how late you are expected. Besides the dinner can you listen to the presentations of the different associations.
Pub Quiz 20:30 – 23:00
Think your group has what it takes to outsmart the rest? Put your heads together and join the Pub Quiz to test your team’s knowledge and compete for an awesome prize! Enjoy a fun-filled evening of trivia, drinks, and live music – the perfect mix to get to know each other and kick off the introduction days in style. Whether you're trivia pros or just in it for the good time, everyone is welcome!
Saturday August 16th
Presentations & Brunch 10:30 – 13:00

Wageningen Uncovered 13:00 – 15:30
Wageningen Uncovered takes you on an adventure through the beautiful city center of Wageningen, full of history, stunning architecture and student hotspots. Your group will visit several unique locations, each with Its own quest or challenge. Complete them to earn points… and who knows? Maybe you will take home a grand prize!
AIDinner 17:00 – 20:00
Gather your group for a culinary experience on the Dike, where a delicious meal awaits in a scenic setting. Enjoy good food, great company, and the unique atmosphere of this iconic location!
Street Theater 20:00 – 23:00
As the sun sets, the city center of Wageningen will be transformed into a stage alive with color, rhythm and surprise. Jugglers, musicians and fire-breathers draw crowds and will entertain you with laughter, wonder, and a touch of magic.
Sunday August 17th
Religious Morning 09:30 – 11:00
The religious associations located in Wageningen have organized a morning filled with believes. In case you are interested in this side of Wageningen have a look and join the service.
Friesland Campina Brunch & Aerial Picture 11:00 – 12:30
Pick up your brunch, provided by Friesland Campina, at Sports Center the Bongerd and afterward go stand in the letters to take the yearly Aerial picture, this time of AID 2025!
Friesland Campina Sports day 12:30 – 16:00
Get active during the Friesland Campina Sports day and try some sports you have never tried before! Are you considering to join a sports association? Take a look at the sports market! Whether you're into team sports, martial arts, dance, or something completely new – there's something for everyone.

Open Air Movie 20:30 – 23:00
Join us at dusk for a cozy open-air movie night right in the heart of Wageningen! Bring a blanket, grab some popcorn, and enjoy a film with fellow students and locals. It’s the perfect laid-back way to unwind after the sports day.
Monday August 18th
Study day 11:00 – 17:00
This day is all about connecting with people from your own study program. You’ll get to know your classmates, meet some of your study advisors, and learn more about your study’s structure and expectations.
Study BBQ 17:00 – 19:30
After a long day at the university, it’s time to relax! Join your new friends for a cozy vegetarian barbecue, where good food and great conversations come together. It’s the perfect moment to unwind, share some laughs, and get to know each other better in a warm and friendly atmosphere
Singalong 20:30 – 23:00
Now it’s time to show of your vocal qualities in our beloved Sing-a-long. Sing as loud as you can to some of the greatest songs of all time and show your skills to your group and beyond. Listen to beautiful music by the Cantusband and participate in this festive event!
Tuesday August 19th
Lunch 12:00 – 14:00
Grab your group and pick up your lunch in the beautiful Arboretum. Enjoy the park and afterwards head into the infomarket to find out about all the associations that Wageningen has to offer.
Infomarket 13:00 – 16:00
Discover everything Wageningen has to offer beyond the classroom at the infomarket! Student associations, sports clubs, cultural groups, and key organizations will all be there to introduce themselves. This is your one-stop shop to find them!

Around the WURld 20:00 – 23:00
Around the WURld brings the world to you, right here on campus! Travel across continents as you explore cultural activities from all corners of the globe. Try your hand at calligraphy, dance the salsa, master the line dance, or relax and soak up the vibe at the festival area. It’s interactive, fun and all about celebrating the diversity Wageningen has to offer!
Wednesday August 20th
Workshops 12:30 – 16:00
Explore all things that the WUR and Aeres campus has to offer next to studying! On this day, you can participate in educational activities and develop yourself personally. You can take part in guided tours on campus. Additionally, you can follow workshops organized by many different organizations and associations.
Hang out with the Student Associations 16:00 – 17:00
Are you doubting about a certain Student Association that you were thinking of joining but not fully sure yet? This is your chance! The student associations will have stands set up where you can hang out, ask questions, and—if you haven’t already—sign up.
Festival 17:00 – 00:00
Wrap up this year’s AID by letting your energy radiate at the ultimate closing celebration – the AID Festival! Treat yourself to delicious food, kick back and relax in our cozy chill corner, or hit the dance floor one last time! With music pumping from the main stage, DJ stage, and the always-fun silent disco, there’s something for everyone on this final night of celebration. Let’s make it a night to remember
