Why would you become a mentor during the AID?
Every summer 2000 new (international) students are welcomed to Wageningen and will explore the city during the Annual Introductions Days (AID). But to make this 6-day event possible we need your help!
Are you excited to help new students find their way around Wageningen and the university and share your experiences while studying here? Then become a mentor during the AID!
What does a mentor do?
- Help new students navigate Wageningen city, the university and student life;
- Provide practical tips and a friendly face to ease their transition;
- Create a sense of community and belonging from day one.
Your support can make a significant impact on incoming students so join us and play a vital role in welcoming everybody to Wageningen!
What are we looking for?
You need to be a WUR student who:
- Likes to connect people;
- Takes initiative and responsibility;
- Knows their way around Wageningen and it’s student life.
