Friday August 14th
Registrations, Lunch & Bike Sale : 11:30 - 14:00
Welcome to Wageningen! The AID kicks off with the registrations, where you can pick up your wristband and meet and connect with your group. Are you still in need of a bike? Visit the second-hand bike sale right on campus and score your student bike! Once you’ve met up with your mentors and AID group, head to the festival area to pick up your lunch!
Official Opening : 14:00
After registrations, the official opening will set the tone for an unforgettable AID. Expect a warm welcome, some inspiring words, and an exciting and eventful start of what lies ahead!
Campus Games : 14:30 – 17:00
Start your week off with a diverse range of games across campus. Try new activities, compete with others, and most of all have fun with your new group. A chill and easy way to get to know each other and kick off an amazing week!
Association Presentations & Dinner : 17:00 – 20:00

Pub Quiz: Breaking Brains : 20:30 – 23:00
Do you think your group has what it takes to outsmart the rest? Put your heads together and join the Pub Quiz to test your team’s knowledge and compete for an awesome prize! Enjoy a fun-filled evening of trivia, drinks, and live music. The perfect mix to get to know each other and kick off the introduction days in style.
Saturday August 15th
Association Presentations & Brunch 10:30 – 13:00

Eat & Greet Wageningen 13:00 – 15:30
Discover Wageningen in a whole new way during Eat & Greet Wageningen! Together with your group you get to explore the city centre, associations and stores throughout Wageningen. All while taking part in interactive activities, fun challenges, and delicious food along the way. Eat & Greet Wageningen takes you on an adventure through the beautiful city centre of Wageningen, full of history, stunning architecture and student hotspots.
Dinner on the Dike 17:00 – 20:00
Gather your group for a culinary experience on the Dike, where a delicious meal awaits in a scenic setting. Enjoy good food, great company, and the unique atmosphere of this iconic location in Wageningen!
Show Night 20:00 – 23:00
As the sun sets, the city centre of Wageningen will be transformed into different world with colour, rhythm and surprises. Musicians, artist, and fire-breathers draw crowds and will entertain you with laughter, wonder, and a touch of magic. Do you dare to discover the different worlds of Show Night? Come join us and find out!
Sunday August 16th
Religious Morning 09:30 – 11:00
The religious associations located in Wageningen have organized a morning filled with believes. In case you are interested in this side of Wageningen have a look and join the service.
Friesland Campina’s Sport Brunch & Aerial Picture 11:00 – 12:30
Pick up your brunch, provided by Friesland Campina, around Sports Center the Bongerd and afterwards go stand in the letters to take the yearly Aerial picture, this time of AID 2026!
Friesland Campina’s Sportsday and Sportmarket 12:30 – 16:00
Get active during the Friesland Campina Sports day and try some sports you have never tried before! Are you considering joining a sports association? Look around the sports market! Whether you're into team sports, martial arts, dance, or something completely new there's something for everyone.

Monday August 17th
Study day 11:00 – 17:00
This day is all about connecting with people from your own study program. You’ll get to know your classmates, meet some of your study advisors, and learn more about your study’s structure and expectations.
Study Dinner 17:00 – 19:30
After a long day at the university, it’s time to relax! Join your new friends for a cozy meal at the festival area, where good food and great conversations come together. It’s the perfect moment to unwind, share some laughs, and get to know each other better in a warm and friendly atmosphere
Open Air Movie 21:00 – 23:00
Join us at the park for a cozy open-air movie night right in the heart of Wageningen! Bring a blanket, grab some popcorn, and enjoy a film with fellow students and locals. It’s the perfect laid-back way to unwind after the study day.
Tuesday August 18th
Brunch 11:00 – 13:00
Take some time to relax on one of the final days of the AID and enjoy brunch with your group and mentors. This is the perfect moment to discuss all the lovely things you have experienced during this week. Right before heading to the Infomarket to find out about all the associations and organisations that Wageningen has to offer.
Infomarket 13:00 – 16:00
Discover everything Wageningen has to offer beyond the classroom at the Infomarket! Student associations, sports clubs, cultural groups, and key organizations will all be there to introduce themselves. This is the perfect place to find them all!

Now it’s time to show of your vocal qualities in our beloved Sing-a-long. Sing as loud as you can to some of the greatest songs of all time and show your skills to your group and beyond. Listen to beautiful music by the Cantus band and participate in this festive event!
Wednesday August 19th
Common Ground Fair : 12:00 – 15:00
Discover inspiring workshops, sustainable creations, and a cozy chill spot with acoustic music in the heart of Wageningen. Make and buy unique furniture and decoration for your student room. Come vibe with us at the Common Ground Fair!

Wrap up this year’s AID by Breaking Ground at the festival! Explore different stages with music pumping from the main stage, DJ stage, and the always-fun silent disco. Enjoy some bites and drinks throughout the final night of celebration of the AID 2026!
