If you don't have a place yet to stay during the AID, you can stay and sleep at the campsite. Buy your ticket over here to reserve your spot. You have to bring your own tent.
Upon entrance to the campsite one complies with these regulations:
1. The AID Campsite is open from August 13th, 19:00 till August 20th, 12:00
2. Camping is only allowed in small tents (<10 persons)
3. Admittance to the AID Campsite during the AID is only for people wearing both an AID wristband and a campsite wristband
4. Campers have to conform with instructions by CREW and security
5. Because of night rest it has to be quiet between 11pm and 8am
6. (Open) fire is not allowed
7. Showers are open between 8am and 11pm, 20st of August till 10:30am
8. Use of the charging points is at your own risk and based on fair use
9. Campers have to conform with rules of general nature:
a. Respect other campers’ and Wageningen University & Research’ properties
b. Respect other campers’ privacy and/or wishes
c. Keep the campsite, toilets and showers clean
d. Be kind to (y)our neighbours and the bees
10. Smoking is not allowed on the campsite, as on the rest of the Wageningen Campus
11. Irresponsible use of alcohol is not allowed
12. The use of drugs is not allowed on the campsite
13. In case these regulations do not cover a specific situation, the AID board’s decision is binding.
