New students
Are you starting a study at Wageningen University and Research or Aeres Hogeschool? Then the Annual Introduction Days (AID) are a great way to start your student life in Wageningen. During the AID you will get to know the city like the back of your hand and learn what being a student in Wageningen is really like. The week is filled with activities to get to know new people, your study program and all the associations that Wageningen has to offer. Deadline for registering is 31/07/2025!

Mentor
Are you already a student here in Wageningen and do you want to join the AID once more? As a mentor, you will guide the new students through their first week in Wageningen and enjoy six days filled with fun activities and parties. You have the option to become mentor for a BSc or a MSc group. Do you already have a friend with who you want to become a pair? Then sign up together, otherwise we will find you a co-mentor. Deadline for signing up is 04/07/2025 but FULL is FULL!
CREW
Are you free sometime between the 11th and the 22nd of August and want to be part of the AID magic? Join our CREW! The CREW is the backbone of the AID and without them the AID would not be possible. As a CREW member you will help set up activities, decorate the festival area and support behind the scenes. Learn a new skill, help AID participants find their way or get a workout in moving the festival fences. You can choose if you want to help out during most days or join just some shifts! Deadline for signing up is 04/07/2025!
Infomarket
Want to showcase what your association or organization has to offer? Join us at the Infomarket on August 19th and connect with two thousand students eager to discover all that Wageningen has to offer beyond the classroom. Whether you're a student association, sports club, cultural group, or key organization, this is your chance to show who you are! Deadline for signing up is 31/05/2025!
Workshops
Got a skill, passion, or knowledge to share? Host a workshop on the 20th of August and inspire fellow students! This is your chance to lead a hands-on session and make a real impact. Whether it’s a creative activity, professional skill, or unique topic, we want to hear from you. Sign up to give a workshop and help others discover something new!
